2010 ATHLETE GUIDE
OLYMPIC DISTANCE
(Swim- 1500m, Bike- 23.5 miles, Run- 10k)

SPRINT DISTANCE
(Swim- 750m, Bike- 15.5 mile, Run- 3.1 mile run)

CGI Racing presents the North East Triathlon in the beautiful town of North East, Maryland ~ "The Land of Pleasant Living".

The North East triathlon is located about halfway between Philadelphia and Baltimore and offers unique challenges throughout.

It begins with a beautiful calm swim in the North East River then prepare for a hearty 300 yard dash to transition.

The bike course is on beautiful scenic roads all through Cecil County where you experience rolling hills with steady climbs and great descents.

You'll finish with a nice out and back run that brings you into the Park for a very scenic finish along the waterfront.



RACE AMENITIES
  • All participants get great "swag", including commemorative swim cap, t-shirt, water bottle and more.

  • Join us for the Post Race Celebration featuring – great food, lots of raffle prizes, music and more!

  • DC Triathlon ClubTri Club Corner is an area we provide to tri clubs for; 1) "tailgating" - a central location for the members to meet, socialize, have fun and 2) provide club information to prospective new members. Space is limited in this area. Hosted by the DC Tri Club and Go Mama Go. To reserve your spot in the Club Corner email mredrow@cgiracing.com.
