Team Up

The success of the race can be attributed to the tremendous amount of TEAMS we have participating. Charity Teams, Triathlon Clubs, Fitness Teams, Running Clubs and many more.

This is a great asset to the race because it offers you some great opportunities to race with a group of wonderful ladies, make new friends, get inspired and most of all GET TO FINISH!

TEAM UP FOR CHARITY

Many charitable organizations have raised many, many thousands of dollars over the past few years through the Philadelphia Women's Triathlon & Duathlon. It is a great way to not only reach your own personal goal but help a very worthwhile cause reach theirs. Below are our charitable partners.

    Charitable Partners

Helping cancer survivors and their families live healthy and strong, using fitness – physical, nutritional and emotional – as the foundation for every day.  Serving amazing people throughout the greater Philadelphia area and New Jersey.

Surviving Strong is continually building a network of survivors, coaches, instructors, mentors and opportunities.  Next spring, Surviving Strong will be bringing a team to the Unite Half Marathon series at Rutgers University.  In preparing for this event, we will have regular and ongoing training to help any interested person reach their first or fastest half marathon.  And while Surviving Strong is about bringing fitness and activity into daily life and not just about racing, completing a race is a fantastic way to celebrate your achievements and show cancer who is boss while telling the world what cancer will not slow us down!

Would you like to compete in an athletic event and make the experience meaningful, not only for you, but for others as well?

Come be a part of Team “Lisa’s Lovely Ladies.”

Lisa’s Lovely Ladies was formed in honor of our friend Lisa, to raise awareness of, and funding for, the Teal Ribbon Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (TROCRF).

The Teal Ribbon Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation, Inc. (TROCRF) is organized exclusively for charitable & scientific purposes.  Our goals are to raise funds to advance ovarian cancer research towards a cure; advocating for early diagnostic treatment programs and to improve the lives of ovarian cancer survivors. For more information go to www.trocrf.org.
