Injury Prevention: Three Cool Down Steps For Runners

Philadelphia race season is approaching, beginning with the Love Run on March 26th, the first half marathon of the spring. And long distance runners from all over the area are beginning to kick their training into high gear. 

When increasing your mileage this winter, remember to end your workout with a lengthy, three-part cool down.
