The most common running injuries and how to avoid them

Alright Ladies it's time to really start training for the Perfect 10 Miler!

 

You probably have already are running but before you start "training" make sure you stay injury free. I don't think a week goes by without my achilles reminding me it's there...and not in a good way.

So here are the most common running injuries (from greatist.com) and the best ways to avoid them.

Prevention #6 is the one I think most of you are avoiding and probably the best cross training you can incorporate into your plan.
