Wenonah Lake Open Water Swim Training
Update Alerts

CGI Racing hosts free, informal open water swim sessions every Thursday night starting in May and continuing through July.
Just a few things to know;
- The sessions are hosted at Wenonah Lake in Wenonah, NJ. Click here for directions. Note - there is no physical address so put your GPS away!
- 6:00-8:00 pm - You may come anytime between these hours however everyone is called out of the water by 7:45 pm.
- Bike or run too - athletes come each Thursday and either bike or run. You can run with others or by yourself.
- The open water swim is a loop around a buoy that measures 2/10 of mile. You can do as many loops as you like.
- Lifeguards provided.
- The session is free however we ask that anyone attending please make a donation to our lifeguards and the Wenonah Lake Association (who does not charge a site fee for use of the lake). $5 donation (or more) is suggested.
- If you are NOT a USAT member you must pay $10 for the USAT one day license. You must do this each week.
- You MUST show photo ID and USAT valid member card.
- We will not send out emails when the swim is cancelled or changed so please make sure you click on the UPDATE ALERT link above each week to read our updates.
THERE IS NO OPEN WATER SWIM SESSIONS THE THURSDAY BEFORE A CGI RACING RACE. See our race website for all our race dates.
