After the Perfect 10 Miler race we had a ton of emails asking what the kick off song was and I thought I would do a little VH1- Behind the Music thing with the answer.

I am amazed and sometimes in awe of people that have iron stomachs and don’t need to worry about what they eat before and during their running.  I don’t fall into that category, and if you don’t either, I hope I can help you with a few tips.

It is time to start getting ready for the epic Perfect 10 in October.  August is a perfect time to get the ball rolling and start your training. Follow Coach Stacey's training plan and finish strong!

I like to make a plan.  This is something I do with my clients.  Planning actually begins before I go to the store so that I know what I will need specifically! 

On Sunday, July 20th, more than 250 volunteers from the International WeLoveU Foundation came out to support triathletes at the New Jersey State Triathlon at Mercer County Park in West Windsor, NJ.  These volunteers lined every area of the course to make this race a very special, energetic experience for everyone.

Part I:  Your Kitchen!!!

Your kitchen may need a makeover, and I don’t mean how it looks on the outside, but rather the contents of the cabinets, pantry, refrigerator and freezer.
