Here we offer you super easy to follow 16 week and 12 week training plans so you can finish strong at your Spring half marathon. Elite Access Running has put together two terrific training plans and they are FREE to you both plans (16 and 12 week)  can be used for the upcoming Love Run Philadelphia half marathon and Rutgers Unite half marathon.

CGI Racing has teamed up with ETA Coaching to offer you the best open water swim training for your upcoming triathlon. Training takes place at Camp Ockanickon in Medford Lakes, NJ.

Training for a triathlon is a lot of work. It is easy to forget that a training plan isn’t really complete without scheduled rest days to recover, relax, and let your body recharge. While taking a day off sounds like an easy thing to do, for many triathletes – myself included – shutting off training mode for a day can be a challenge.
